聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料回收利用主要途径有:减容后造粒，粉碎后用作各种填充材料，裂解制油或回收苯乙烯和其他。
The main ways of recovery and utilization of polystyrene foam plastics are: granulation after volume reduction, use as filling materials after crushing, cracking to produce oil or recovery of styrene and other materials.
一.减容后造粒:聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料可熔融挤出造粒制成再生粒料，但因此体积庞大，不便运输，通常在回收时先需减容。方法有机械法，溶剂法和加热法。
1. Granulation after volume reduction: Polystyrene foam can be melted and extruded into reclaimed granules, but it is bulky and inconvenient to transport. Generally, volume reduction is needed before recycling. Methods Mechanical method, solvent method and heating method were used.
二.粉碎后用作填料:聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料制品经粉碎后可用作填料，制成各种制品。

These plastic products are huge in volume and large in tuition and miscellaneous expenses, so their recycling and utilization are paid special attention in China.
