| 岩棉复合板是以玄武岩及其它天然矿石等为主要原料，岩棉板经高温熔融成纤，加入适量粘结剂，固化加工而制成的。是以精选的玄武岩为主要原料，经后天融化后，采用国际先进的四辊离心制棉工序，将玄武棉岩高温溶体甩拉成4～7μm的非连续性纤维，再在岩棉纤维中加入一定量的粘结剂防尘油、憎水剂，经过沉降、固化、切割等工艺，根据不同用途制成不同密度的系列产品。岩棉板产品适用于工业设备、建筑、船舶的绝热、隔音等。岩棉板制品施工及安装便利、节能效果显著，具有很高的性能价格比。船用岩棉保温板和憎水岩棉保温板在生产时加入了憎水添加剂，具有良好的防潮性能。船用岩棉板用于船舶的保温隔热和防火隔断；憎水岩棉板用于车辆、移动设备、冷库工程、空调管道以及在潮湿环境中的保温防火以及对防潮有一定要求的应用场合。建筑用岩棉板具有优良的防火、保温和吸音性能。它主要用于建筑墙体、屋顶的保温隔音；建筑隔墙、防火墙、防火门和电梯井的防火和降噪。 Rock wool composite plate is made of basalt and other natural ores as the main raw materials. Marine rock wool insulation board and water-repellent rock wool insulation board have good moisture-proof performance by adding water-repellent additives in production. Marine rock wool board is used for thermal insulation and fire isolation of ships; hydrophobic rock wool board is used for vehicles, mobile devices, cold storage engineering, air conditioning pipelines, thermal insulation and fire protection in humid environment and application occasions with certain requirements for moisture proof. Rockwool board for building has excellent fire protection, heat preservation and sound absorption properties. It is mainly used for insulation and sound insulation of building walls and roofs; fire prevention and noise reduction of building partitions, firewalls, fire doors and elevator wells. |
